Responsibilities

Lead the entire sales cycle.
Develop your annual and quarterly business plan with Sales Manager/ Senior Management.
Find new prospects from both inbound and self-sourced leads.
Organize online and offline events.
Run qualification calls with prospects (C-Level executives and department leaders) that have shown interest in Nurosoft products.
Schedule and run online or in-person product demo with Pre-Sales / Sr. Business Analyst.
Prepare proposals.
Close deals with new and existing customers at or above target.

Specification

Bachelor's degree or higher.
Fluent in English (Speaking, Writing, & Listening)
Passion for software products and technology.
1 year of B2B closing sales experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Comfortable with speaking engagement and meeting new people.
Fast learner.
Goal oriented with track record of being a high performer.

Nice To Have

Professional in Japan, both written and spoken
Knowledge in Odoo is a plus.
Experience selling ERP or CRM product is a plus.

Tanggungjawab

Melakukan analisa stock, refreshment dan order data seragam
Melakukan distribusi seragam dan starter kit kepada karyawan
Melakukan pengarsipan dokumen karyawan
Menghandle karyawan yang mengajukan resign dan exit cleanrence
Melakukan update data HRIS dan kelengkapan data karyawan
Memonitoring data karyawan tahunan
Membuat PKWT, melakukan tanda tangan kontrak dengan kandidat dan menginformasikan hal-hal terkait dengan kepegawaian kepada karyawan

Kualifikasi

Memiliki pendidikan minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan
Memiliki pengalaman 1 tahun di bidang yang sama
Menyukai kegiatan administrasi
Bersedia penempatan di HO Boga Group Tangerang
